I had fixtures that needed replaced, which included a leaky toilet in the master bedroom bath, a leaky old stainless kitchen sink and garbage disposal, a water heater located in an upper level crawlspace in the master bedroom, and a very old, non -functioning dishwasher. I also needed a new bathroom sink faucet replaced in the main bathroom. I had previously done a walk through with Thomas so he was aware of the water heater location challenges. Nate's Plumbing sent Thomas and Jordan out to address all of those needs in one day. My home was built in the 80s in a PUD(planned unit) development. The house sits on a slab of cement with the crawl space located in the master bedroom in an upper level, accessible only by a minimum 8 foot ladder. Removing an old heater and installing a new could be challenging. Thomas and Jordan made it look easy. They did an excellent job of time management, leaving the water heater installation for last. They were respectful of my home and minimized the impact their presence made. They did an excellent job of cleaning up both inside and out. Before they left, Thomas answered my questions regarding how the new kitchen sink faucet operated. As he was showing me how to use it, he noticed the sprayer line had a catch as it was being pulled down. He found the problem, which was the line hanging up on the piping leading from the sink/disposal, to the dishwasher. He addressed it, showing me what to do in case it reoccurred. He answered my questions regarding the water heater and dishwasher and let me know that if I had any problems, to call them. My experience with Nate's Plumbing was nothing but postive from start to finish. I was given an arrival window of between 8:30 - 9:30, and they arrived well within that time. If I had to list the my top three points, they would be as follows. On time, repectful of my home and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Wanted to take a minute to complement Nate's Plumbing employees, Jake and Jordan, for their excellent service by fixing my leaky toilets with great accuracy; they were very professional dealing with me and my issues. I would highly recommend them and their company, as well as the competent office staff.

Great service. All their employees are professional. Nate’s Plumbing has installed a main water line, septic and sewer connection, and most recently a hot water heater. They have definitely earned a customer for life.

I would not recommend this business. They are dysfunctional and unorganized. The guy came and wanna make money that day to just replaced my water heater valve that shouldn't need to be replaced. Also the main valve from the street to have a gauge to control psi. He replaced with something that was difficult to control the psi. Our house psi was so low we couldn't use the sink and shower with low psi. Took days for them to come back and trying to fix it but still is a problem today. We ended up hiring different plumber company. We could sue them for bad business. I'll report it to BBB!

We had our floors replaced and we had some things plumbing wise go wrong including our water heater going out. They stayed after hours and ensured the job was done, the work was done extremely well, not half assed. I would personally recommend these guys over summers or any other Plummer in the area.

Nate sent his employee (started with a J? Jake or Jordan maybe) out to deal with a leak we had over the weekend. He was recommended by my regular plumber (Jeff Parrish) because Jeff was booked. These people are very honest, practical, and charge perfectly reasonable prices. They got the job done and we haven’t had issues since then. I highly recommend them.
